| The Friday Brunch scene has a new address: Aqua de Luce at the Fairmont Towers. In a contemporary décor Aqua de Luce offers a rich brunch experience conducted by Executive Chef Zeyad Daoud, who skillfully combines exquisite oriental cuisine with international dishes.
The Friday brunch at Aqua e Luce offers guests a memorable experience that flatters the senses offering dining connoisseurs a variety of antipasti, soups, salads, home-made ravioli and pasta, mouthwatering seafood platters, carvings and sushi topped off with tantalizing desserts.
An artificial river flows through the whole atrium between plants, water passages, pebbles and stones, floor lights that emit a spectrum of orange, blue, and green, and wooden pontoons that serve as the water dining areas of the gourmet dining restaurant Aqua e Luce. The restaurant’s design is an integral part of the dining experience with its open areas, private dining room and wine racks. The display kitchen is the heart of Aqua de Luce and creates a memorable dining experience with excellent cuisine.
A separate kid’s corner supervised by hotel staff gives parents a relaxed time while they are able to watch their children play, watch cartoon, coloring and get their faces painted. A small kid’s buffet takes care of the young one’s taste buds.
